Turn My Unit, Inc. ("Turn My Unit," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional unit turnover services for apartment buildings and rental properties, including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, reglazing, deep cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman services.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the scope of work described. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on-site. All quotes are subject to review and approval before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-client basis as agreed upon in writing. Invoices are sent electronically and may be paid via the secure payment link provided. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Turn My Unit. These messages are limited to:

  • Scheduling notifications for service appointments
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Service updates and progress notifications
  • Links to schedule or reschedule service appointments

6. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to properties for scheduled services. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as soon as possible. Turn My Unit is not responsible for delays caused by lack of property access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turn My Unit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
